I'll tell you what I've never tried popcorn shrimp any better than what this place puts out and the service and seating arrangements were superb. The kindness I received was above and beyond what was necessary or needed. I'm just a poor man, but if I could have gavethe little lady that extended herself to me more I would have. Times are changing, and in these changing times, we need to remember that it is quality service like I received at this Chinese restaurant that has made this country into what it used to be. We may have fallen from our pompous spot on the horizon, but it's not that we fallen but how we managed to get back up take the lead once again.Sinn Fein

We've been working with Rich and Western Appliance Repair for the past year. Their service has been spectacular! We have issues with our washer and Dryer from time to time, Rich is always easy to get in touch with and does his best to repair any issues as fast as possible. Rich is a joy to work with.

Rich was wonderful & helpful & fixed my dryer despite the fact that my landlord was avoiding paying him. He did it because he didn't want to leave myself & the kids without a dryer. How kind. True gentleman.

Extremely pleased! Rich was very punctual and professional! Within minutes of arriving, he had diagnosed the problem with my broken refrigerator, fan working but no cold air, as a worn out part. He had the necessary part and again, within minutes, he had the part installed and working! The price was fair, and it was within the budget I had set for myself due to the refrigerator being an older Amana model and being used as an extra refrigerator in my garage. I greatly recommend Rich and Western Appliance Repair. It's so wonderful having such a good experience with an honest, extremely knowledgeable and fair repairman. Thank you so much for the best experience! I'll continue to use this company for all of my needs in the future.

Rich was amazing! He diagnosed and repaired our gas oven in less than 30 minutes. He knows what he’s doing! I’ve had many technicians out to our house and he stands apart from the pack. Such a pleasure to work with! Called for service, and had an appointment scheduled within two days. Rich arrived exactly when he said he would (even giving me 30 minutes advanced notice), and quickly diagnosed & repaired a bad fan & broken ice maker in my refrigerator. From arrival to finishing the repairs took just over 2 hours, and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!!
