I'll tell you what I've never tried popcorn shrimp any better than what this place puts out and the service and seating arrangements were superb. The kindness I received was above and beyond what was necessary or needed. I'm just a poor man, but if I could have gavethe little lady that extended herself to me more I would have. Times are changing, and in these changing times, we need to remember that it is quality service like I received at this Chinese restaurant that has made this country into what it used to be. Extremely pleased! Rich was very punctual and professional! Within minutes of arriving, he had diagnosed the problem with my broken refrigerator, fan working but no cold air, as a worn out part. He had the necessary part and again, within minutes, he had the part installed and working! The price was fair, and it was within the budget I had set for myself due to the refrigerator being an older Amana model and being used as an extra refrigerator in my garage. I greatly recommend Rich and Western Appliance Repair. It's so wonderful having such a good experience with an honest, extremely knowledgeable and fair repairman. Such a pleasure to work with! Called for service, and had an appointment scheduled within two days. Rich arrived exactly when he said he would (even giving me 30 minutes advanced notice), and quickly diagnosed & repaired a bad fan & broken ice maker in my refrigerator.
